Making a Difference in Haddington!

On Saturday, July 18th, RTP staff and ten [Re]Builders gathered together (safely, of course!) to provide external repairs and modifications to nine Haddington, West Philadelphia homes. [Re]Builders assembled address plaques, installed exterior steps and handrails, and removed debris and foliage from backyards. HIGHLIGHTS

• Channels 6 ABC and NBC 10 joined us to highlight the significance of safe and healthy homes, especially during this pandemic.

• Raheem David was interviewed by KYW Newsradio, where he expressed how happy he was to give back to the neighborhood where he grew up.

• Homeowners Linda Smith and Laura Francis were interviewed.

• Congressman Dwight Evans and Councilman Curtis Jones shared their appreciation for our [Re]Builders’ dedication. They also had a chance to meet homeowners and tour the houses we were working in.
