15th Annual Run to Rebuild
The annual Run to Rebuild is an in-person and timed 5k Run/2-mile Walk along beautiful Forbidden Drive in Fairmount Park. This family friendly event will help raise funds to support our housing justice work of transforming vulnerable owner-occupied houses into safe, healthy and energy-efficient homes for low-income homeowners in rowhouses.

This family friendly, 5k Run/2-mile Walk takes place along beautiful Forbidden Drive in Fairmount Park. The Run to Rebuild is our only fundraiser of the year supporting our work to revitalize communities by transforming vulnerable owner-occupied houses into safe, healthy and energy-efficient homes. Since 1988, RTP has repaired over 2,100 houses. Help us keep going!
Spring Block Build
Join RTP, homeowners, volunteers, and The Enterprise Center for two days of healthy home repairs.
MLK Day of Service Project
REGISTRATION IS FULL.
We will be painting, installing vinyl plank flooring and assembling planter boxes at Face To Face in Germantown.
West Philly Block Build
We will be repairing 10 houses over the course of two days on the 200 block of N. Hobart Street in West Philadelphia.

Shakeout/Happy Hour
Have fun while preparing for the Run to Rebuild!
On Thursday, May 18th join us at 5:30 pm outside Philadelphia Runner (1711 Walnut St) and run together to Yards Brewery (500 Spring Garden St). We’ll have someone shuttling bags to Yards.
Once you arrive at Yards, we’ll have packet pick-up and $1 discounts on beer. A raffle for Philadelphia Runner gift cards will happen, too!
Alternative: Come right to Yards (5:15 or later) to welcome other runners and curious passersby. Mobile registration will be available! Bring friends!
MLK Day of Service
REGISTRATION IS FULL. We will be installing vinyl plank flooring and painting in residential units for veterans. This 2-story building contains 14 four-bedroom units of transitional housing for up to 56 veterans.

This summer, join us back in Fairhill, North Philadelphia as we make repairs for ten homeowners and their families in this vibrant community.
Run to Rebuild 2022
RTP’s 12th Annual Run to Rebuild will be our first-in-person 5K run since the pandemic started! Runners and walkers are welcome. Contributions made to Run to Rebuild will support our work of completing critical repairs for homeowners who face economic hardship.
Dunlap Block Build 2022
This spring, RTP staff and [Re]Builders will gather together (safely, of course!) to provide external repairs and modifications to nine Dunlap, West Philadelphia homes. Volunteers will assemble address plaques, install exterior steps and handrails, and remove debris and foliage from backyards.
MLK Service Day 2022
Please join RTP on Monday, January 17th to make interior repairs at Hancock Manor, a residence for veterans with disabilities.
**All participants must be fully vaccinated* AND boosted.**
Masks must be worn at all times.
