Eligibility

We provide free home repairs for income-eligible homeowners in select neighborhoods of Philadelphia. Homes must be owner-occupied, in need of health & safety repairs, and meet below household income limits:

If there are 10 or more qualified homeowners on your block who are in need of repairs, you may be eligible to host a Block Build.
