| Several people representing RTP went to the Rebuilding Together National Conference in D.C. in mid-November. After three days of panels, workshops, speakers, videos, and numerous opportunities for networking and fellowship folks had “drunk the Kool-Aid.” Each left armed with a huge list of great ideas, new friendships and resources, and renewed pride in what RTP has done to revitalize neighborhoods. As RTP expands it programs to preserve affordable homeownership, we are on the lookout for individuals who want to get involved behind the scenes. Join a committee to lend your energies to one or more of a host of projects involving: public relations, community outreach, raising funds, hospitality, operations, governance, strategic planning, finance, standards of excellence, or human resources. You'll work with a group of people who share your values and passion for helping others. |
