AIN'T NO "APRIL" IN OUR NAME SWEET THANKS THE LEGEND CONTINUES
Yes, some of you (Phil Allen!) still wear your “Christmas in April” t-shirts and our hearts all beat a little faster when the Spring Block Builds approach. But, we are a year-round organization! Two major projects still lie before us, and need to be completed before the 4th of July. If you still have some kick inside of you and are interested in being a team leader or lending your skills, please contact jenw@rebuildingphilly.org. Learn more about program committee opportunities here, or follow the link above to help out on June 5. All the W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. employees wanted in exchange for their efforts was a simple thank you. In helping the Goddard family they got more than they bargained for. Marie writes, “All 3 days of volunteers were a real blessing. I truly appreciate all their hard work. They went above & beyond and I learned some ways to better care for my home….” The kids crafted the note pictured above. Sweet! Learn more about how this family "gives back" despite significant challenges. After its founding as a club more than 20 years ago, the Wharton contingent of RTP is still going strong. The 2009-2010 program has been nominated for the TeamMBA Award given by the Graduate Management Admission Council®. Congratulations to the co-leaders: Charlie Gans, Brent Nash, Alex Popp, and Jesse Seidman. You are already winners in our book.

Student teams can make a difference in a variety of ways. Learn more.
